Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

The Service Manager oversees and manages all aspects of client service work, reports, applications, tracking, and transactions.

REPORTS TO

Chief Operations Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generates and completes client applications

Create and execute Service workflows

Meets with clients for service work

Creates and completes service forms with clients

Tracks business and transactions

Tracking and Follow-Through on Service requests

Required Minimum Distribution tracking and follow-up

Handles Client withdrawals and deposits

Communicates with non-Evexia partners (Thrivent, Fidelity, PKS, etc)

Serves as primary contact for client transaction work

Collaborates with Strategist as needed

Runs and reads reports (Brokerage, RMD, others)

Collaboration in identifying and solving issues related to Service

Additional Service and Operations tasks, as needed

Completing quarterly project work (Rocks)

Expert Knowledge: Has deep working knowledge of financial industry products and nomenclature.

Systems Understanding: Gains understanding of Evexia backstage processes and systems. Has amazing ability to anticipate and sidestep issues so that matters are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Committed to expanding knowledge and capacity as Service Manager.

Flexible: Is able to work with clients and team through the twists and turns of client planning and company growth. Is willing and able to change gears quickly. Can adapt to different people, styles, and projects.

Superb Communicator: Is able to communicate patiently about operational functions and needs with a variety of people. Frequently and consistently communicates well with the team and clients.

Results-focused: Does whatever it takes to get the result and doesn’t take things personally along the way. Is aligned with the Evexia vision and determined to get a quality result.
