We are looking for a driven, strategic, leader to manage our Channel Account Team and grow our channel lead revenue quarter over quarter.This person will be responsible leading a successful team of channel account managers to accelerate lead and bookings growth through and with PartnersDay to Day:A usual day may include business planning and executing on department strategies, monitoring team performance and goal attainment, coaching team members, training new channel executives, and/or participating or leading partner recruitment or business planning calls.In addition, you'll serve the department's chief channel marketing and sales expert to our marketing, sales, and product teams.Primary job responsibilities: Exceed quarterly and annual partner lead quota, new logo objectives, goals for partner-connected sales, targets for partner deal registrations, and partner recruitment quotas Coach each direct report to achieve their personal quarterly and annual lead quota, new... logo objectives, targets for partner deal registrations, and partner recruitment quotas Execute strategy to build and grow business lines and brand presence across market segments to achieve business targets. Help VP design, implement, and scale successful channel sales programs, which could eventually include: Referrals Affiliates Resellers White Labeled resellers Strategic alliances Build strategic alliances with third parties to strengthen the brand and revenueRequirements: 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a channel sales role 3+ years as a manager of a quota carrying team A strong understanding of either nonprofit, corporate philanthropy, or social services consulting firms and/or software An understanding of social impact and the industries, verticals, and personas that operate within the sector Demonstrated ability to build win-win strategic partnerships You are comfortable creating new relationships outside of our current partner network -i.e.following up on leads, conducting research, representing the company at conferences, etc.

You genuinely enjoy answering questions in a team-oriented environment A passion for coaching and mentoring team members, business planning, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making Willing to be flexible and adapt within a growing company and changing environment. You have experience with some of the following: Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, Asana, Microsoft Office, Adobe and/or ZiftOneWhat Sets You Apart: You've created or implemented a new or growing high-achieving channel sales team at a company with SaaS products You've worked in a leadership and/or business development position in a consulting firm or agency that specializes in serving the nonprofit industry or corporate social responsibility sector.
