Sales Support Agent – Work From Home

 

Our client is looking for dynamic Sales Support Agents, with top notch written and verbal communication skills. You must be driven to maximize up sell opportunities in order to join this team.  Our client has the world’s most advanced fitness platform that delivers interactive, personalized, world-class training to each user through immersive experiences.

 

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Answer product and sales inquiries via inbound phone calls or chat channels
  • Retain customers, save sales and upsell new products and services
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives
  • Create amazing experiences by creating comfortable, informative and positive relationships, while identifying and recommending products to benefit the customer
  • Meet weekly key performance metrics for promoting and selling products and services that align to the customers’ needs

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?:

  • No fear of the sales environment
  • A minimum of 6 months in a sales role
  • Ability to engage with customers effectively, while navigating multiple internal systems
  • Ability to develop rapport with every customer, in order to understand their questions/issues and provide individualized assistance, that surpasses expectations
  • Self-awareness and self-motivation, with a strong desire to constantly improve through performance metrics tracking and coaching
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent sales and customer service
  • Must be technically savvy and demonstrate proficiency on PC
  • Bilingual Spanish and English-speaking applicants welcomed

 

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work independently without face to face management interaction
  • Ability to train in a remote environment (e.g., all your training is over the computer, this can be difficult for some, make sure you will feel comfortable with this type environment)
  • Proactively manage issues that prevent your ability to maintain a productive work environment (e.g., ISP issues that prevent your ability to work)
  • Tolerance for working without daily human interaction but ability to replace that interaction with communication channels provided by C3 W@H team
  • Dedicated area to work from in your home and abide by specific criteria that will be required of you in that environment
