YOUR ROLE
As Market Operations Manager, you will lead, influence, and support the operational execution of the best clinical care for our patients. You will execute the operational plan based on market needs. To promote holistic patient care, you will leverage internal and external stakeholders and engage the entire interdisciplinary team including nephrologists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health advanced practice providers, registered nurses, nurse care managers, care coordinators, health coaches, dieticians, social workers, and even podiatrists - all within the Evergreen family.

YOUR ROLE
As Market Operations Manager, you will lead, influence, and support the operational execution of the best clinical care for our patients. You will execute the operational plan based on market needs. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for overseeing the IDT within the assigned market to ensure effective day-to-day operations management
- In collaboration with the VP of Operations, will collaborate with regional medical leadership, nephrology partners, and IDT to drive desired patient outcomes
- Engage and collaborate with IDT and market partners in the implementation of clinical initiatives, processes, and procedures
- Provide operational lead and support in building the market, in collaboration with nephrology partners
- In collaboration with the VP of Operations, will evaluate and strategize process improvements to reach outcomes
- Maintain a liaison relationship between Evergreen Nephrology and stakeholders or partners through relationship building and attendance at meetings using both written and oral communication
- Promote Evergreen Nephrology within the local market to help the community understand our business model

- You have experience managing an interdisciplinary team and working with providers
- You can identify needs and think through clinical and operational process improvements
- 5+ years of successful experience in a directly related position
- BS/BA in a related discipline required
