Everstaff is seeking Customer Support Specialist for a Legal Office in Akron, OH!

The Customer Support Specialist will assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and positive manner, while supplying instruction and basic information. The person in this position works collaboratively with stakeholders, customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues such as account creation, log in issues, video play back, test taking and other questions
  • Respond to inquiries regarding education and testing issues
  • Process fee payments
  • Lead in-person education and testing services
  • Update customer records as needed
  • Resolve internal and external customer complaints
  • Prepare letters and documentation; assists with mailings
  • Receive and sort mail

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of successful work experience in customer service and/or clerical office work
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
