Everstaff is seeking Customer Support Specialist for a Legal Office in Akron, OH!
The Customer Support Specialist will assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and positive manner, while supplying instruction and basic information. The person in this position works collaboratively with stakeholders, customers and staff.
- Assist customers with issues such as account creation, log in issues, video play back, test taking and other questions
- Respond to inquiries regarding education and testing issues
- Process fee payments
- Lead in-person education and testing services
- Update customer records as needed
- Resolve internal and external customer complaints
- Prepare letters and documentation; assists with mailings
- Receive and sort mail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in customer service and/or clerical office work
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
