Call Center Teller

Responsibilities:
· Provide problem resolutions for members
· Speak directly with members to process needed transactions over the phone
· Deliver exceptional customer service throughout members experience
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· Customer service experience with problem solving and decision making (Call center, hospitality etc.)_
· Ability to analyze problems and recommend efficient solutions
· Dedicated, task oriented
· Detail Oriented
· Team Player
