Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

At Eventbrite, we aim to deliver groundbreaking event organizer tools and attendee experiences, globally. We’re looking for an experienced leader to head up our global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team.

The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group of marketers, strategists, designers, storytellers and makers, who work across product groups and functions. We are designing the future and the today of the Eventbrite brand through every interaction within and outside of the product. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise and collaborators to connect with, and support our customers at every touchpoint.

As the Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing you will optimize and grow Eventbrite’s solutions in market. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Designers, Developers, and other teams to build growth strategies and messages to accelerate adoption of our of our platform through personalized communications mapped to critical customer experience points of inflection.

  • Own marketing initiatives to drive increased adoption of Eventbrite with our creators, ultimately driving increased LTV.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing teams to develop customer journeys for differentiated segments of our customer base.
  • Partner closely with Data Science to develop AI and machine learning driven targeting and communications plans.
  • Lead the development of CRM communications across all channels (email, push, in-product, Customer Support prompts, etc) and optimize for return on investment.
  • Identify and manage marketing technology stack necessary to evolve the CRM platform to meet the needs of the strategy
  • Drive global investment strategy to ensure CRM marketing budgets are allocated to where they drive the highest return.
  • Manage critical cross-functional relationships and processes with Product, Data, and the broader Marketing team to ensure the internal teams are aligned and executing on our strategic CRM marketing plan in terms of messaging, priorities and measures of success.
  • Build relationships across the product organization to build or adapt the technology solutions necessary to enable.
  • Establish key success metrics and measurement and reporting systems for your initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of impact, discipline around KPIs, rapid iteration, and harnessing insights from the combination of data and user feedback
  • You are a builder. You are excited by the challenge of driving clarity from ambiguity, and balancing a long-term vision with short-term results.

  • 12+ years of CRM experience with at least 5 years of management experience
  • A track record of developing CRM technology and communicationsProven ability to build from scratch
  • Proven rack record to develop strategy and execute day-to-day tactics
  • A clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsComfort with changes in a fast-paced environment
