Event Pop is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who forms all marketing and branding initiatives for our clients, from ideas and production through to execution and oversight. We work hard to represent each client, as if their brand was our own. Their success will also be attributed to our own. This team offers our clients critical management and planning to ensure their campaigns are as successful as possible.
You will collaborate with the best communications & innovative team in the industry, composed of talented people all over the world. You will have the opportunity to work with our diverse office team, made up of individuals from all kinds of experiences and backgrounds. You will collaborate with key external suppliers in order to introduce a wide range of programs to ensure harmony between the Event Pop brand to our clients' marketing / promotional services.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Help marketing & advertising team members to implement agents' expectations
Build and maintain frameworks that improve team efficiencies and processes
Supply distinguished customer service in order to produce better customer acquisition and retention
Act with the marketing & advertising team to organize the distribution of designs and other relevant resources
Track the current actions of clients and evaluate the actual outcomes of advertising & marketing in order to assess their success, helping to advise the potential operations of the client’s marketing team.
Assist Marketing Associates in the creation of marketing strategies that encourage clients to optimize the efficiency of their budgets against strategies that can offer the greatest return on their investment.
Support the marketing & advertising department by relaying consumer dynamics, business predictions and new product details.
Monitor and measure statistics and defined performance measures for the marketing team, and generate reports that offer evidence and insight into the decision-making process of all marketing activities.
Manage studies and strategic analysis
Marketing Coordinator Experience:
0-3 years of Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service experience
Proficient in MS Office
Social Media platform fluency
Self-Starter, leadership potential
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills
Experience working in a client services is a plus
Experience working in telecommunication, entertainment, or food industries helpful
Proficient in office tools iOS, Android, and MS
