Job Description

Obligations:

  • Create and successfully incorporate community-specific marketing strategies that deliver the necessary lead volume, while enabling the development of exceptional experiences that promote consumer growth and retention targets.

  • Collaborate with management to incorporate marketing campaigns that recognize the city as a location for people seeking active and enhanced living experience.

  • Execute a weekly business assessment and a weekly public success study.

  • Lead, manage and diligently utilize the Customer Relationship Management system to capture all lead management activities. Track the status of potential opportunities and be responsible for Upgrading the status of project prospects. Converting leads to public check - ups by following up on leads, offering valuable and persuading knowledge about the community and the neighborhood.

  • Invoke and incorporate sales outreach initiatives, including but not restricted to emerging innovations, community relations and promotional collaborations.

  • Generate knowledge, curiosity, and enthusiasm via social media. Share ads, resident activities, and information about social media sites such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

  • Send proposals for a community event and aid in the implementation of those activities.

  • Assist the team in growing constructive tenants and prospective online feedback.

  • Touch base with each new client to assess satisfaction and offer assistance where appropriate.

  • Optional working weekends for extra commission and pay

Experiences:

  • Previous marketing knowledge has been prioritized. High School Diplomas are required

  • Previous experience dealing in the following: SEO, Google Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email marketing, social media, etc

  • Knowledge in the area of launch and operation of brand strategies and promotional campaigns.

  • Established success in the management of several tasks with strict deadlines

  • Outstanding listening skills, written and verbal.

  • Sales mindset
