We have three hospital locations: Waukesha, Racine and Grafton.Job Requirements:The Client Service Representative provides the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. The Client Service Representative must be friendly, professional and courteous, and capable of handling many tasks at once with frequent interruptions.Essential Functions:
+ Prior experience in working with the public, computer, data entry and multi-line phone skills are required.
+ The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer care and a love for animals.
+ Must have the ability to stand and move around for the majority of the work period and to work past the regularly scheduled shift, if needed.
+ Candidates must also be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
+ Use creativity and problem solving skills.
+ Maintain a high attention to detail and strive for a more efficient work environment.
+ Adhere to work schedules, maintain attendance and dependability.
+ Must observe rules and policies for attendance.
+ Show responsibility and respect for equipment, supplies and other clinic property, as well as that of co-workers.
+ Continually provide high levels of customer service to our clients and referring veterinarians. Communicate well; including ensuring the client is greeted warmly.
+ Speak clearly and concisely on a level appropriate to the other individual
+ Recognize the importance of appearance in both professional dress and the hospital?s cleanliness.
