Our client near Peekskill is seeking an Office Assistant to join their business. You will be assisting the office with all day-day operations.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant
- Organizing and auditing files, entering data and preparing spreadsheets
- Reviewing timesheets
- Checking source documents for accuracy
- Answering phones, e-mails, and preparing messages for management
Requirements of the Office Assistant
- 1 year of experience in an administrative and data entry role
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Associates Degree required
- QuickBooks experience is a plus!
Compensation for the Office Assistant
$15.00-$17.00 per hour
This is a full time, temp-to-hire position. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Our client is looking for someone who is energetic, willing to learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities and can multi-task efficiently.
