Our client is seeking a candidate that will have a positive attitude and will work hard to provide the highest level of customer service. This position is temp-to-hire and has opportunities for advancement!
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the client and the customers and helping new customers with questions about services, their accounts and general inquiries.
The Customer Service Representative will have experience with:
- Entering accurate data for billing information
- Maintaining client relationships
- Investigating and resolving customer questions and concerns efficiently and compassionately
- Assisting with various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry and collections
Schedule: This is a full-time position: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Compensation: $13 per hour.
