A client of ours located near New Windsor, NY is actively seeking to hire new representatives for their growing command center. You will be handling a heavy amount of phone calls so excellent phone presentation is a must.
A typical day of job duties may include:
- Acting as the primary contact between customer and client
- Maintaining database accuracy by updating customer records
- Providing support to management and other departments by maintaining spreadsheets and other administrative duties as needed
This is a full time, temp-perm position that is paying $14 per hour. This is a mid-day shift, 10:30am-7pm or 11:30 AM – 8 PM. Schedule is Monday-Friday, however there is a rotating Saturday shift as needed (maybe one a month.) Company does offer benefits to an employee if transitioned to a permanent hire.
