Job Title: Executive Assistant
Reports to: CEO/Executive Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO and provide administrative support to the Executive Team and CEO. They will act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle scheduling and travel arrangements, manage correspondence, and assist with other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, multitask effectively, and have strong communication and leadership skills. They will also have a professional demeanor and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and remote employees and the CEO
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments, and make travel arrangements
Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including email and mail
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference calls and webinars
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as conducting research, arranging events, and managing expenses
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Hire and manage onsite interns as well as remote employees
Manage the CEO’s schedule to ensure projects are completed on time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Google Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
This is a part-time position with rapid full-time potential.
