Lead client experience from check in to check out, ensuring standards are upheld, creating a memorable experience for client
Review, record and maintain a daily sales scoreboard, e-mail and client database.
Organize and schedule meetings as needed.
Answer phones, optimize, and maximize appointments within reservation system so that treatment and retail sales goals are met
Assist in various inventory management tasks.
Participate in promotions and marketing initiatives.
Troubleshooting client care operation challenges.
Maintaining spa retail and common areas clean and organized.
Work on other projects as assigned by the spa lead.
Educate clients on treatments and products to uphold Estetica Mias core values
Be on time for scheduled shifts
YOU WILL THRIVE IF

You have a strong work ethic and are inspired to increase spa growth by connecting and being of service to present clients as well as connecting with potential clients through social media, and community outreach with the intention of making our sales goals.
Spa receptionist experience preferred - willing to train the right candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge and skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with spa operating software systems preferred
Track record of providing a high standard of customer service
Instagram and Social Media experience
Basic math skills
