About the Role
Execute online marketing and E/M Commerce strategies and programs for Bobbi Brown global websites.  Responsible for management of website deliverables and ensuring adherence to global online strategy, process and brand image. Works with Global Online Creative, Digital Brand Marketing, Offline Global Brand teams and Production to deliver necessary assets and programs to Regional and Affiliate online teams.  Help drive winning E/M-Commerce and marketing sites across PC and mobile platforms. Support regional teams in developing locally relevant programs & campaigns.

Develop strong working partnerships with all Online Regionals and International Online Managers and communicate as necessary to drive businesses and projects
Keep internal tracking documents of all business and marketing requests and progress for all markets
Understand site, mobile & email asset requirements and ensure they are requested and produced in a timely manner
Execute content plans in partnership with local Online managers for all online markets to ensure on-going update of site content and promotion of new products/collections.
Keep brand consistency, manage efficiencies and share best practices across all sites globally, ensuring 100% adherence to brand guidelines.
Gather regional requests for development/site enhancement ideas and liaises with Global Production team for approvals, support and execution.
Support markets in execution of Win Big e/m Commerce activities and share tactics and results from successful markets (e.g. NA affiliate programs including Email marketing programs, merchandising programs, Ratings and Reviews, CRM, etc.)
Understand technical capabilities and limitations of key International markets and sites to guide NY-based teams on these requirements
Strong understanding of site maintenance process to support International counterparts where required
Develop strong working partnerships with all Global Online Production and supporting vendor teams.
Work in partnership with the Estee Lauder Online team, in particular with the Creative Coordinator, requesting project work and managing tasks as necessary
Ensure global product information is issued to international markets on a rolling basis, following up with legal and copy departments as necessary.
Create and oversee brand brief process working closely with the creative and engineering teams. 
Create scope of work documents, estimates and timeline plans for creative brief projects / special projects

Position requires 5 years relevant work experience - International and Online marketing focus desired
Undergraduate degree mandatory
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-management skills where needed
Excellent communication skills with an ability to work effectively with outside vendors and remote market contacts
Experience with ecommerce and mobile commerce, web content or comparable agency experience.
Available for early morning/late night calls due to varying time zones and potential travel
