We’re Espri, and we pride ourselves on making the complex simple. We get excited about our ability to provide a high-touch service experience to our customers through simplifying and meeting their needs for beverage, industrial, and medical gases. We are seeking an operations-minded individual with a flair for project management to join our team as our newest Executive Assistant, supporting both our CEO directly and our employee population at large. This is a part-time position (up to 25 hours per week, Tuesday - Thursday) based in our Atlanta office.


Our ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in office management, as well as the maturity and desire to work in a highly visible role within our organization. We are looking for someone that is naturally able to interface with all levels of employees, including the board and executive team.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serving as point of contact between our CEO and internal and external colleagues
  • Regular office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Establishing an easy system for office inventory, placing orders for supplies
  • Coordination with building management and other vendors
  • Collecting and distributing mail daily – includes scanning mail to remote employees
  • Expense tracking
  • General office upkeep
  • Completing reports, research, and other projects/presentations as assigned


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Someone with an outgoing and friendly personality, and the ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life
  • A customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and nourish effective working relationships with customers, managers, supply partners, and fellow employees at Espri
  • A self-starter and “can-do” mentality, ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a role that requires a high level of confidentiality
  • Intermediate skill in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred)
  • Experience directly supporting one or more C-level individuals
  • Project management experience
  • Work experience such as in a travel agent capacity would be a strong skillset for a candidate to bring to the table. There will be a lot of travel planning and moving parts that requires a very well organized individual to handle.
