The Customer Support Account Manager is a friendly, compassionate, and professional voice of
Erus Energy, responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and facilitating
communication and project updates to clients throughout the installation process. As a
Customer Support Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and progressing
customer accounts from beginning to end.

The role of the Account Manager is to assist with customer accounts and manage unique cases.
Time management, positive attitude and the willingness to learn are the three major character
traits of the ideal candidate. Candidates will use their exceptional communication and
organizational skills to respond to customer needs and achieve results across functions and
departments. The ideal candidate is one who is efficient, professional, calm under stress, and
committed to the company mission of helping customers go solar. This is a position that will be
compensated according to one's experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming calls, text messages and emails.
• Multitask between phone, email and text messages.
• Update customer account information and ensure accurate entry.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve complete satisfaction.
• Complete assigned daily tasks in a timely manner.
• Work closely in a team environment, giving support.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/tools
provided.
• Performs other related duties, tasks, requests, and directives issued from leaders as
required.
• Facilitate and own customer service issues that arise on the projects you are assigned to
ensuring the customer experience and customer satisfaction are of the utmost
importance.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer
service policies.

Requirements, Competencies and Certifications:
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering
superior customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Ability to mitigate customer concerns while arriving at the best positive outcome.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Document Management. Netsuite
experience is preferred.
• Solar experience preferred
• Bi-Lingual
• Experience in call centers or experience with customer service a plus
• Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette
