Erickson Sullivan Architects / Foodlines seeks a full time food service design candidate.
Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience designing foodservice installations for a variety of projects, working directly with clients, preparing equipment layouts, writing specifications, and managing projects through completion. Our projects range from fast-food to high end restaurants, K-12 schools, Universities, Correctional Facilities, Business and Industry, Military and Healthcare foodservice installations.
The successful candidate will possess a career-driven interest in the Food service Industry, be a self starter, have an eye for details and accuracy, and be an integral part of the Design Team. They must have a strong knowledge of the food service equipment industry, the foodservice design process, the ability to produce and/or oversee the production of working drawings and specifications, and the capability to manage the construction administration process. We require a basic understanding of Autocad, Revit, KCL and Autoquotes.
Responsibilities will include:
· Production of Foodservice design construction drawings
· Design of Foodservice facilities
· Detailed specification of Foodservice equipment
· Design and detailing of related millwork
· Meeting with clients and architects
· Strong presentation skills
· Some regional travel
· Oversight of production staff
· Assistance with marketing materials
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
