Norcross CPA firm seeking a seasonal Receptionist Administrative Assistant who is highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Part-time basis for the month of December, full-time basis January - April 15.

Receptionist Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

· Manage front desk by answering phone and greeting clients

· Provide administrative support to staff and clients, including but not limited to: filing, copying, scanning, shredding, mail distribution, metering outgoing mail, compose and send routine correspondence

· Assist owner in planning and executing his day

· Coordinate calendar to schedule appointments

· Prepare materials for appointments

· Interact with Co-workers and Clients

Receptionist Administrative Assistant Requirements:

· At least 4 years Administrative experience

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

· Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to communicate with clarity, professionalism with co-workers and clients

· Unwavering commitment to co-workers and clients in a results oriented, supportive environment

Experience working in a public accounting office a plus
