Administrative Assistant

Equity Advisors of Kentucky is in need of an Administrative Assistant to support the tax team through their busy season. The admin assistant performs a variety of tasks

Responsibilities:
-Assist with time and expense entry
-Assist as needed with client billings and new client acceptance
-Assist with management of calendars and travel arrangements
-Help draft, edit and proofread business correspondence
-Assist with internal meeting and event coordination and set-up
-Other special projects as assigned

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)
-At least one year of experience in an administrative or professional services environment
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work some overtime
-Ability travel as needed, approximately 5% of the time
