Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and occasionally in-person meetings Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service Collaborates with sales team to increase enrollments Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting strict deadlines Collaborate with finance and clients to ensure we are maximizing client claim opportunities including referrals and specialty opportunities Ensure timely resolution for any client or patient concerns Support the Account Executive team in preparation for client visits Up to 10% travel may be required visiting our partnersProfessional Qualities Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Excellent verbal and written communications skills Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsPreferred Experience Client-Focused Solutions Experience One to two years of 340B experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Salesforce or other CRM technology experience a plus Pharmacy Experience and/or Registered Pharmacy TechnicianPhysical Requirements Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting up to 25 pounds; requires a normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.Additional Information Cleared Background Check RequiredEmployment Information Headquartered in North Charleston, SC and Remote Positions will be considered as well Benefits include health plan, dental, vision, paid time off Flextime 401K
