The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of life insurance sales experience (although not required) and be currently licensed with an active state Life or Life/Health insurance license. We are willing to consider applicants who are not currently licensed, but those applying must be willing to obtain a license (online school and background check as required by state Insurance Commissioner).
All applicants must have reliable transportation, an active US driver's license, and be able to pass a federal background check.
About Your Agency
You will work as an independent contractor, setting your own hours, scheduling appointments with clients, meeting them in their homes and guiding them to select the right coverage for their families. We will provide three training calls and a boot camp with top providers to familiarize you with our portfolio and resources.
You will be responsible for:
Scheduling appointments with pre-qualified clients.
Selling a portfolio of life insurance products, annuities and mortgage insurance.
Preparing insurance applications.
Using computer software to provide quotes and submit applications to our carriers.
Writing insurance policies.
Attending a monthly sales training meeting.
Life insurance license (or willingness to attain licensing).
Strong communication and phone skills.
Willingness to learn to sell a range of life insurance products.
Willingness to travel to meet clients.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong follow-up skills.
Flexibility to set your own hours, schedule your own appointments.
Highly rewarding compensation package: First year agents can make $100,000 (based on aggressive contracts ranging from 75% - 140% and vested renewals from Day 1).
