Our client located in Airdrie is seeking Administrative Clerk to support in their internal customer service department for 4 months.
- A minimum of 2-years' experience in an office environment; previous records management and data entry experience would be considered an asset
- High attention to detail is required
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Task oriented, a focused personality and a predisposition for asking questions would make you the ideal candidate for this role
- Must be available to start immediately
- Data entry and completion of forms and templates
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and concise manner
- Follow up with internal departments to obtain missing information
- Other duties as assigned
