Overview:

Success in Automotive Technical Program Management roles at Envorso requires someone who is centered around engineering excellence with a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders (senior leadership to individual contributors). You will help establish our processes to manage engineering workflows, form, and track progress toward results milestones, and engaged in backlogs and prioritization with a hands-on approach. Ideal candidates will have experienced multiple product cycles involving hardware, software, and services. You will engage with engineering teams, demonstrating leadership and a strong command of the tools and process required to achieve the teams' goals. You'll have consummate communications skills on tap, keeping up- and down-stream dependencies well aligned, and entire companies well-informed.

This position will be onsite in Oshkosh, Wisconsin weekdays for the first 90 days and then semi-remote as the program allows.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead the defining and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics, including Objectives and Key Results [OKR's].
  • Formation of project and program schedules.
  • Coach and mentor team members on:
  • Authoring of functional specifications, based upon input from product management, and applicable to the distillation of engineering specifications.
  • Ownership and daily management of milestone progress and daily backlogs, as managed through DevOps tools (like Jira or ADO).
  • Regular status provided to partners to ensure commitments are met on time.
  • Customer engagement to ensure solutions have met the mark, and the voice of customers into plans for the next iterations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years working experience in Program Management including product or feature development on hardware, software, and/or services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar related technical field.
  • MS Project Experience
  • Agile and/or Scrum certification
  • Has owned product specifications and project plans from ideation through customer delivery
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Jira Cloud / Align experience
