Job Description
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 DOE

Envision Healthcare at Home is currently seeking a full time QAPI Director to facilitate, conduct, coordinate, and evaluate consistent quality clinical care delivery through adopted clinical standards, policies, practices, protocols, and processes within our UT offices.

The right candidate will reflect Envision's philosophy and standards of care, plans, develops, evaluates and implements our services, programs and activities.  


  • Ensuring multidisciplinary quality care and performance improvement activities within Envision/Bridges are in accordance with established reporting requirements. 
  • Makes significant contributions to Strategic Plan, QAPI Plan, Compliance Plan
  • Sets tone for quality operations and performance improvement throughout the organization. 
  • Performs patient chart reviews, addresses deficiencies in direct and indirect quality care and activities and collaborates with Education and Care Managers. 
  • Visits offices as directed to observe for regulatory compliance
  • Prepares and leads quarterly QAPI meetings
  • Assists with policy maintenance and revisions as assigned
  • Submits required data to CMS, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Plan, implement and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training and coordination of medical, nursing and office staff
  • Reports directly to Chief Clinical / Compliance Officer
  • Participates in state surveys and accreditation meetings


  • RN; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and four years of clinical experience required 
  • Must have solid understanding of QA principles and be able to recognize and resolve opportunities to improve as well as resolve conflicts between operational practices and guidance 
  • Exceptional people/interpersonal skills, written and verbal skills, including public speaking 
  • Computer fluency; must be able to be creative as needed 
  • Innovative, self-starter with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in home health, home care or hospice highly preferred
  • Proven track record of clinical management, education and management of healthcare staff
  • Outstanding leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of home health care and the services provided to patient, family and caregiver through an interdisciplinary team strongly preferred 
  • History of compliance with accepted professional standards and practices and state/local administrative licensure requirements 
  • COVID Vaccination required in UT
