Role Description:

We are looking for a trusted pumper field guide to help our customers win with excellence.  Our pumper field guides help customers navigate the complex world of wastewater by sharing our knowledge that maximizes the life of their system.  This will ensure their home, health, and the environment are protected.  This role involves driving the “stool bus” collecting customer deposits, site seeing, hiking tough terrain, building muscle and endurance, hunting for, and digging up discarded treasure, and helping customers succeed in the job they hire our services to do.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Digging and backfilling by hand using shovels, digging bars, tarps
  • Driving the pump truck ("stool bus") every day.
  • Repair broken pvc pipes and other septic system components.
  • Replace pumps, floats, transducers, etc.
  • Set up and put away suction hoses on flat and steep slopes.
  • Using iphone, video, pc, and other electronic equipment
  • Entering notes, photography, and taking selfies.
  • Operate specialized machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining vehicle and equipment assets to retain value and function.
  • Organizing command center and adventure rigs.
  • Owning job results to achieve excellence for the company, customer, and team.
  • Pursue certifications. Training and costs are provided.
  • Learn other roles to maximize available resources.
