Job Description FLOOR TECHNICIAN Part Time Floor Technician position in the Canton/Woodstock area M-F 5p-10p. Our rapidly growing cleaning healthcare company is looking for experience floor tech with 3 or more years of floor care. Our Clients range from large, multi-story commercial office buildings to large healthcare facilities, event site and project work.
The ideal candidates will be passionate about creating a welcome environment through good hygiene and customer service. We’re looking for a Floor Tech who will exceed client expectation and ensuring all floors and carpets are taken care of in a timely manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Cleaning Carpet areas Stripping and Waxing Floors Auto Scrubbing floors SKILLS: Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work as a team Excellent organizational skills a must Self -Motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision. JOB TYPE: PART-TIME EVS NIGHT CLEANERS Part time Healthcare Janitorial position in Canton/Woodstock/Kennesaw Area M -F 6p-10p. Our rapidly growing cleaning company is looking for experience cleaners with several years of experience that can handle some dirty work.
Clients range from large, multi -story commercial office building to large healthcare facilities, event sites and project work. The ideal candidates will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene and customer services. We are looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless, and trash is removed on schedule. M-F 5p-10p. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Disinfect operating rooms and suites Empty all receptacles and clean. Replace liners Damp dust of fixtures beginning from top and work to bottom Damp dust ledges Spot wash walls sweep and mop floors with disinfectant. Check all dispenser Scrub OR sinks Spot interior glass Take soiled linen to laundry room Take all Biohazardous materials to Bio room Perform Terminal Cleaning of, each OR schedule provided on checklist complete STANDARD Duties Stainless steel, furniture, kick plates and fixtures will be dust free and free of all body fluids. All procedures will meet the standards set by The Clinic JOB TYPE: PART-TIME EVS Night Supervisor – Part -Time working Supervisor position in Canton and Woodstock area. M-F 5p-10p.
Custodial Working Supervisor will be responsible to plan, coordinate, and implement all custodial activities. This position also trains custodial staff, inspects facilities for cleanliness and safety issues. Supervision and Controls over the work: Work is performed under the of the Facility Director who schedule and assigns work and set operating priorities and provides Major Duties and Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Director of Facilities, plan, develop, and coordinate the custodial services. Work with the Director of Facilities, principals, and other administrators regarding custodial services matters Establish standards for ordering supplies, equipment Develop program for testing of custodial, equipment, supplies and cleaning methods and minor repairs to custodial equipment. Maintains stock levels, determines custodial supply needs, and places orders in a timely manner Coordinate’s delivery of supplies to custodians Inspects each facility on aperiodic basis and conducts on -site performance evaluation of all custodial shifts Qualifications : High school diploma Three years of Supervisory experiences Must be in good health Ability to work under extreme pressure Must be able to safely lift and/or handle items weighing up to 60 pounds Ability to work safely and comfortably at heights of up to 50 feet.
