Senior QA Automation Engineer - Virtual/Remote

Enumerate is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you will lead the initiative to move our development into a framework for highly automated testing across all our products. Our goal is to move from a highly manual QA process to fully automated, and you’ll bring insight and strategy to help us accomplish this goal efficiently and effectively. Once we have a clear strategy and objectives, you will mentor the current team to rely on automation first.

This full-time salaried role reports to our Director of Engineering and works closely with the development, product, and QA teams. There’s potential for this role to grow into management as we scale the team. The salary range is $100-$120k, depending on experience. This role is remote eligible, with applicants in CT or ET preferred.

You should have

• Required: 4 years of experience within a highly automated QA environment
• Required: 2 years of experience creating and maintaining Automation frameworks within a cloud application environment
• Required: bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Preferred: Experience with performance and/or security testing
• Experience implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, principles and best practices
• Experience designing, building and supporting test cases using test management tools, i.e. TestRigor and other AI-powered automation tools
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, cases, and script
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions to complex problems
• Experience in successfully managing projects, including stakeholder tasks and expectations
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all work tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to travel 5% for ad hoc needs
• Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
