Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet new customers
  • Follow up with existing customers to improve retention
  • Assist new customers with enrollment
  • Educate customers on new program options to improve their services
  • Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers
  • Management of territories

This is NOT a call center position and involves face-to-face interactions with customers

What we provide: Qualified candidates will receive full comprehensive training in the areas of customer service, marketing and sales.

Client Services Representatives will also receive detailed career planning and continual coaching and mentorship to help with their personal and professional development. Benefits will be available after an initial probationary period.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High School or GED
  • Excellent people skills
  • A great attitude
  • A strong work ethic
  • The ability to learn new skills and adapt quick
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
