What is my day-to-day like as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative?
Attend regular product knowledge/informational sessions with Upper Management and Clients
Work with an assigned Account Manager to support business and organizational development
Monitor and assist with sales campaign activity - including review and reporting of your own daily progress
Spend a portion of the day following up on customer inquiries providing expertise, product information and recommendations, and sales support if necessary
Identify and create strategies to improve customer relationship building skills amongst Customer Service/Sales Departments

At least 2 years college experience or equivalent
Experience in a client facing/customer facing role (i.e. background in Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Sports background, etc.)

Need to be a team player and comfortable working in a high-speed and collaborative team
