As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and related infrastructure. This includes addressing business and user needs in conjunction with making requested changes, updates, implementation and modifications to ETP software systems.
A Typical day may include, but is not limited to:
Implementation: Addressing business and user needs in conjunction with making requested changes, updates and modifications to data.
Reporting and Programming: Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from various databases.
Workflow: Planning and conducting the execution of process changes to address complex business issues using information systems resources.
Act as internal consultant regarding ETP software systems and their functionality.
Influence project movement by setting timelines and agendas, projecting plans and follow through.
Determine and interact with key personnel at each stage of a project and continuously engage them along the way.
Train and provide support for ETP software systems including resolving complex issues. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with internal Information Systems staff to maintain software on servers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with remote desktop.
To be a successful Systems Administrator you must meet the following:
- Associates (A.S.) degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience and/or certifications.
- Four or more years' experience in a technical position supporting sales, financial or inventory systems.
- Experience with NAV, R2, Salesforce, Sage, SQL, Oracle, ETL tools preferred.
