Job Description

Enterprise Products is seeking Administrative Coordinator

 

Key Tasks:

-Assist with operational processes and customer relations at branch level

-Perform administrative duties to include: mail distribution, answer

phones, fleet, order office supplies, update customer permits

-Inventory

-Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

-High School diploma or equivalent required

-Able to work additional hours to meet business demands

-Great attention to detail

-Possess mathematical skills and business acumen

-Great customer service skills

-Must be a team player

-Dependable
