Who You Are

You are a self-starter with a passion for technology and the digitization of the built environment. You are a team player and excited to push the envelope and thrive in an ever-evolving environment. Open to travel and interact with a wide range of people and environments. You need to be organized and have experience with reality capture technologies.

Responsibilities:

You will work on digitizing facilities with a primary focus on healthcare. We use the very latest reality capture technology for rapid high-definition scanning. Your responsibility will include capturing the exterior and the interior of large-scale facilities as well as supporting the processing of the information. You need to have good people skills when navigating many different environments. You will be an integral part of the Owner's BIM (Building Information Modeling) team where we are delivering the next-generation digital twin.

• Support the preparation and planning of reality capture of facilities.
• Perform reality capture
• Support Post-Processing of the captured data
• Support Integration scan information with BIM
• Basic knowledge of Revit a plus.
• Eager to test new technologies and methodologies

Desirables:

• Worked with Autodesk Revit and BIM 360
• FAA Drone license
• Good communication skills
