Ensource is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will develop, coach and manage a team of talented Representatives to exceed client and company goals.

As a Supervisor, our training program provides you with hands on training, learning each phase of accounts receivable and insurance follow-up (including setting up payment arrangements, compliance, and insurance) and gaining the technical skills, participating in Leader U, but most importantly, the people skills, required to be successful.

Job Responsibilities

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up daily dialing strategies, coaching, teaching and training representatives. Lead by example in a fast-paced environment where you make and receive phone calls, coordinate payment arrangements with patients, follow-up on insurance and screen for Financial Assistance. Supervisors will work from key performance indicators to coach key behaviors, to attain production results on a consistent basis.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous leadership experience, preferred
  • Ability to provide direction, lead and coach others
  • Desire to make a difference and help others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills in routine and non-routine situations
  • Dynamic personality with a focus on customer service
