Job Details

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will be based in our Fremont office reporting to the Director of Business and Operations Finance in support of all FP&A Processes. This position will provide leadership support for Global Finance and manage many key forecast processes. FP&A is a team that reports to the CFO and manages all Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for updating 6 quarter rolling cost of sales forecast for US Production and M&A groups.
  • Provide actual and forecast updates to management team.
  • Monthly accounts reconciliation and provide accruals to accounting team.
  • Develop, deliver quarterly and monthly executive analysis and reporting packages.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of COGS.
  • Develop standardized dashboard reports across all groups.
  • Support Senior Management Team and operational heads with in-depth analysis.
  • Prepare presentations to Corp Finance, Business Partners, and Senior Management Team to explain financial results of the organization.
  • Other ad-hoc FP&A tasks and analysis, as necessary.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant FP&A, Cost Accounting or similar experience in a Manufacturing environment is required.
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or other Business related major is required, MBA is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insight.
  • High level of initiative and works well in a cross functional team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to change.
  • Exceptional modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Anaplan a plus.
