Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Rep to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for helping and connecting with customers by providing information and setting an appointment for them to meet with our analyst.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
