Enhanced Payment Systems is seeking experienced Phone Reps join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information and setting an appointment for a representative to meet with them.

  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

    Job Duties Include:

    -Cold calling new businesses to build pipeline
    -Receiving incoming calls ('warm leads')
    -Leaving messages with gatekeepers
    -Setting appointments with qualified businesses for outside sales team
    -Update customer information in online CRM system
