- Performs clerical duties according to established routines including: setting up comprehensive records and files, preparing standard reports and charts, compiling data from various sources and forms, contacting other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepancies, performing calculations involving complicated arithmetic, etc.
- Makes minor corrections, codes items, and maintains record of documents processed.
