Job Description

A local company with a facility in Livonia, MI area is currently seeking a Full Time, HR/Office Manager with their growing team.  These are exciting opportunities for an Office Managers looking for a company that offers excellent training, development, competitive rates, and excellent work-home life balance.

Office Manager rates are anticipated to be $37,000 - $50,000 salaried based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and 401k. 

Office Managers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experience: 
"    3+ years of recent/relevant experience as an Office Manager, including HR functions such as managing open enrollment of employee beneifts plans, assistance with benefit communications, and prior experience with payroll is highly adventageous.
"    2+ years of recent/relevant experience with accounting and/or Invoicing specifically working with AP/AR 
"    3+ years of recent/relevant experience with MS Office Suite and MS Outlook, data entry, typing, filing.
"    An Associate Degree is a benefit but not essential.
"    Must be able to work in the United States (No H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
"    Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
