Position Summary ENGIE Impact is looking for a rockstar Consultant to join our fast-growing Sustainability Solutions team. As an Consultant you'll be part of a client-facing team that focuses on supporting Fortune 500 companies and cities as they embark on their transformation into zero-carbon footprint organizations.
You'll work on sustainability projects across a variety of sectors and clients, regardless of your technical expertise or industry experience, and have the opportunity to broaden your skills by working on internal projects, too. As a Consultant, you'll work alongside a talented team to deliver sustainability projects across a broad spectrum, from renewable energy to carbon, water, waste, resiliency, and more.
We work with clients in the private as well as the public sector, so chances are you'll have the opportunity to work with both. An ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can communicate his/her insights with precision. (S)he is also hyper-organized and comfortable working on a variety of workstreams.

Responsibilities Work in teams of three to five Consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement Lead specific engagement workstreams, managing one to two Analysts Perform research (both qualitative and quantitative) on markets, industries, trends, clients, and competitors Produce financial models, insightful data analyses, sensitivity analyses, and business case/model analyses Prepare compelling decks and supporting material for client meetings and proposals Support business development efforts Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and colleagues Be open to feedback and translate feedback into daily performance Be collaborative and approachable Role Competencies Master's degree or a BA/BS with an outstanding record of achievement and at least three years of work experience (preferably in strategy consulting, data/analytics, sustainability, or other relevant work) Strong aptitude for critical, qualitative, and analytical thinking Comfortable with issue-based analysis, problem solving, and strategy-to-operations execution Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously, as needed Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and facilitation skills Organized and detail-oriented Passionate about sustainability Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Willingness to travel ENGIE Impact Information ENGIE Impact delivers sustainability consulting and services to clients across the globe.
