Job Description

Scope & Responsibilities:

 

As a critical member of the Engage sales team, you will be working closely with National Account Executives and Program Managers, cross functional team members, and the D.I. GM/President to achieve divisional SaaS and DTC sales goals.  Responsibilities include:

 

·       Learning the value of our product and effectively communicate our unique selling proposition.

·       Ensuring monthly sales goals are reached through closing pipeline opportunities.

·       Conducting online and in-person product demos using Zoom and other sales support tools.

·       Making daily outbound calls, receive and manage daily inbound calls, and enter all activity into CRM system so you can take ownership of customer priorities and needs.

·       Managing and maintaining accurate pipeline records within CRM and deliver weekly results to Senior Program Manager.

·       Taking the lead on managing and growing accounts.

·       Establish excellent relationship with accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business.

·       Serving as a contact person for customers and internal teams.

·       Ensuring adherence to all relevant brand guidelines.

·       Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction.

·       Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales and Direct to Consumer teams.

·       Achieve monthly revenue and profit goals.

 

Attributes & Skills:

·       Previous work experience in sales (inbound, outbound or both).

·       Proficiency with the Microsoft Office and Google platforms.

·       Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written to prospects and customers.

·       Strong interpersonal skills, passion for selling and keen sense to navigate ambiguity.

·       Hands on experience with CRM software.

·       Strong attention to detail.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 

Experience Requirements:

·       5+ years sales / business leadership experience.

·       Previous working experience as an Inside Sales Rep or Account Manager.

·       Disciplined business process focus with clear and definitive metrics tracking.
