Lead Apps Developer/Engineer (Epic ADT, Cadence, PB and/or HB)

We're seeking a Lead Apps Developer/Engineer with Epic ADT, Cadence, PB and/or HB experience for a FTE opportunity. Position can be remote, but must live within 2 hours of Cincinnati, OH. Work Description:Under the general supervision and direction of the Applications Manager, this position performs high level technical systems analysis and programming in one or more specialized phases of applications. Also is delegated the responsibility and accountability of managing the application portion of projects from concept to completion. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Responsible for understanding customer needs and processes to ensure maximum utilization of automation and system availability. Persons in this position are responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Works with other Information System teams to ensure the performance of underlying technical infrastructure and software utilization. This position is also accountable for application development, modifications of existing and new systems, customer support, consulting and providing information as appropriate to departments, management and the organization. Scope includes defining and understanding specification, preparing request for proposals, and participating in system acquisition process and implementation. Serves as an example and facilitator to other team members. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – but not limited to:- Flexible/adaptable learning and understanding new technologies- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- Execute tasks in a high-pressure environment- Execute change and incident resolution quickly and efficiently to meet SLAs- Lead meetings, projects, initiatives, and other discussions.- Assist with the direction and delegation of incoming requests Special Knowledge requested - but not limited to:• Preferred Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central certified or previous build experience in one or all of these areas• Preferred experience with design, development of software automation processes• Preferred experience with documentation and support of software automation • Preferred experience with providing technical support and solutions for Epic integration and automation platforms. • Experience working with Olive AI automation is preferred Minimum Requirements:- EDUCATION: oBachelor's Degree or 4-5 years pertinent experienceoCurrent certification in Epic Cadence required, Prelude, Grand Central desired.
