Entry Level Position!
Need someone who can answer customer emails, calls, warranty issues. Need someone mature, happy to do this job, great people person, efficient, good communication skills, not easily flustered, understands that the customer is always right.
This is NOT a call center, there are only to workers in this role.
This position is in the E-commersce department.
People who place orders have a number on their packing slip to call if there are issues with the package they received.
Full training for this position is provided.
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Must have a degree
Proficient in MS Office
