Work in a fast-paced call center providing exceptional Customer Service to existing customers. Our Customer Service positions revolve around providing support to existing clients. In a call center job, you'll use computers and telephones extensively in your work.

We provide a full paid training & will teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls from existing customers
  • Use multi-line phone systems
  • Review & update sensitive and financial information
  • Interact with other functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet established productivity goals
  • Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer and Data entry
  • Customer Service
