Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Bilingual Customer Service Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter information into a computer as you are speaking with customers
  • Review and verify clerical data and customer enrollments
  • Use multi-line phone systems
  • Verify arrangements for the installation, removal or change of services and/or products
  • Establish accounts in billing systems
  • Quote and compute rates for new services accurately
  • Summarize the contract and explain what will happen next
  • Interact with other functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Obtain, establish and access customer credit information
  • Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer and keyboarding
  • Data entry
  • Bilingual
