In addition to our award-winning Energy & Sustainability ERP software, we provide bill processing, project implementation, training, and other support services.

We're looking for a Manager, Sales Account Management to oversee our team of Sales Account Managers (SAMs). The goals of the team members are to drive sales revenue, manage contract renewals and retention, and maintain a long-term, successful relationship with each customer.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding software functionality and overall EnergyCAP solution

Will do these types of things:
  • Manage a team of 3+ SAMs to achieve quotas and targets
  • Shape deep partnerships with the Sales and Customer Success teams to successfully drive client retention, meet pipeline goals and ensure the SAM team has a crisp understanding of EnergyCAP domain knowledge
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SAM talent
  • Reporting sales performance and pipeline to Chief Sales Officer
  • Manage customer relationships and be a bridge between customers and the company
  • Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive renewal and expansion sales opportunities
  • Regular touch points with clients to maintain engagement and ensure successful users
  • Draft and send sales proposals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal agreements
  • Respond to questions and inquiries about EnergyCAP products and services
  • Document customer interactions using a CRM system
  • Represent the Company at trade shows and expos

Will have these skills and experience:
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience at a SaaS-based software preferred, account management or customer success.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to learn EnergyCAP software, its practical use, and keep up with changes
  • Understanding of business processes and how clients use and benefit from EnergyCAP
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Webinar applications
  • CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com

Location: The position is located in our Denver Tech Center office. Employees work a hybrid schedule; two days in the office and three days remote.

Salary: The salary range for this CO-based position is $75,000 to $85,000 with a sizable bonus opportunity. Pay is commensurate with experience.
