We’re looking for a Client Operations Manager, who:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree/equivalent job experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management, client-facing technical support, experience implementing IT and/or Energy related projects
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, etc.

Will achieve these outcomes:

  • Manage client accounts, with activities related to support requests, implementation, training, data migration, reporting, change control, documentation, and configuration
  • Strive to finish projects and tasks on schedule, within budget, at an exceptional level of quality
  • Exceed client expectations for technical accuracy, availability, responsiveness, and partnership in achieving identified keys to success
  • Identify and scope upsell opportunities; collaborate with Sales to generate quotes and coordinate follow-up communications
  • Cultivate trusted relationships that elevate and empower clients for success

Will do these types of things:

  • The Client Operations Manager is responsible for maximizing client satisfaction and value among their assigned list of client accounts
  • This individual will perform routine client check-ins
  • Develop knowledge of the client's business objectives, keys to success, and needs in order to deliver an extraordinary service experience
  • In collaboration with the client, develop a comprehensive plan built on acquired knowledge designed to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Execute contracted activities with excellence and professionalism
  • Develop and maintain a client schedule and routines
  • Document workflow and other critical business decisions
  • First-response Customer Support for assigned clients and Tier II support for additional clients as assigned
  • Perform CAPture Services enrollment tasks when necessary (i.e. due to CAPture Services capacity constraints)
  • Execute assigned Client Services contracts
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Have an “I can help you with that” mentality

Location:

The position is located in either our State College, PA headquarters or our Denver Metro Area office. Employees may work in the office full-time or choose a mix of remote/in-office work.

Pay:

The salary range for this CO-based job is $55,000 to $58,000. This position is eligible for bonuses.
