Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative (Cold Calling) to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

About the role

A Sales Consultant is required to make cold calls daily to help with the company's business development. We value strong team players and provide base pay and commission based on performance and sales numbers. We provide extensive training and constantly support our sales team. Our office is located in central Ottawa at the intersection of Hunt Club and Prince of Wales. This is not a remote opportunity.
