Project Manager Life Cycle Management, OTC and Cosmetics Manufacturing

Project Manager; Life Cycle Management will lead and ensure projects and programs meet customer and company requirements by providing technical and business project leadership across functional boundaries for different phases of product development and support programs. Strongly Preferred experience: GMP, OTC, Cosmetics, Skin Care, and other Personal care consumer products manufacturing. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage various projects that impact the products manufactured at this facility Projects may include: Label Changes, New Packaging Components, Product reformulations, Sit Transfers, New Product Introduction Understanding of Line Trials and Validation of liquid OTC and Cosmetics is a strong preference Understanding of Tech Transfer, Scale Up in the OTC and Cosmetics space is preferable. Understanding of GMP Manufacturing of a Cosmetics OTC liquid filling operation is preferable Manage the production scale up of new Skin Care and other Personal Care consumer products Can lead the Tech Transfer process of Skin Care and other Personal Care consumer products Ensures attainment of project and program schedules, budgets, procedures and revenues by developing and monitoring the budget and approval process. Leads cross functional teams (internal and external to engineering) and resolves inter-functional issues. Establishes and communicates project and program schedules, objectives, priorities, and targets Keeps senior management informed on project and program status by creating, maintaining, and presenting written reports on project and program status, tests, costs, issues, and performance against established targets on a regular basis. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 5+ years related experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Project management, communication (written and verbal), facilitation, decision making, and conflict management skills required.
